WiSo takes customer support and after sales service very seriously. Due to the simplicity of home networks we suggest the Basic maintenance/support package. Heavy users with more complex networks are welcome to visit our Business maintenance/support section and chose a package that suits their needs.
All our customers are automatically rewarded with the Basic package, along with FREE on-site maintenance/support for the first month.

This plan offers our customers free e-mail, telephone and IM support, within working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00). |

On-site maintenance/support will be charged at £15.00phr (exc. VAT) within working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00), with a minimum charge of £15.00 (exc. VAT). On-site maintenance/support outside our working hours will be charged at an increased 50% surcharge to the normal prices.
