We provide a set of standard packages for the home user, ranging from the installation of 1 wireless router and 1 computer to 1 wireless router with 5 computers, access points, range expanders/bridges, printers, multimedia centres, game consoles and other peripherals.
Please note that the prices stated below do not include any hardware. Prices may vary according to the size of your premises (a quote will be agreed before installation).

Wireless Computers
Whether you have a desktop or a laptop/notebook, with or without in-built wireless capability we are able to make that part of your wireless network. The most basic installation would include a wireless router and a wireless adapter, for your computer. The prices quoted below include the set-up and configuration of a wireless router and of the number of wireless computers you chose.
In addition, our engineers will secure your wireless network, with the latest commercially available encryption tools, enable the built-in router firewall, and allow your wireless computers to communicate between them for file sharing capabilities.

Any additional computers will be charged at £10.00 (exc. VAT) each. In such case it is likely that you will also require one or more access points to be installed, please refer below for details.
Access Points
Access points are similar to wireless routers, in transmitting a wireless signal, but their function is simplified. Their purpose is to extend the range of a wireless network, whether be attached by wire or wirelessly to the wireless router, or serve as the main wireless signal distributor when attached to the switch of a wired network.

Range Expanders / Bridges
A range expander is simply a device which extends the signal of a wireless router, no wires needed.

Printers
Printers can exist on a wireless network as stand alone wireless clients. However, this is not the only way to attach a printer to a wireless network. If mobility and flexibility isn't too much of an issue with printers then alternative wired methods can be implemented.

Wireless Multimedia Centres
Wireless multimedia centres allow you to broadcast video, images and sound onto your TV and sound system over your wireless network. They physically connect to your TV and sound system and communicate wirelessly with your wireless router.

Wireless Game Adapters
A wireless game adapter, enables your new generation game console to connect to your wireless network, either for peer to peer or on-line gaming.
