All our customers are automatically rewarded with the Basic package, along with FREE on-site maintenance/support for the first month.

Our premium plan gives the customer the flexibility to choose from free e-mail and telephone support as well as unlimited on-site visits, within working hours (Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 20:00).

On-site maintenance/support, when not covered by packages will be charged at the standard rate of £25.00phr (exc. VAT) within working hours (Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00), with a minimum charge of £25.00 (exc. VAT). On-site maintenance/support outside our working hours will be charged at an increased 50% surcharge to the normal prices.
